I'm looking for a rescue harness and helmet. I'm in Soutern Ontario, any ideas?

Get a helmet through MEC, and you might have a pr of extrication gloves, they work great..... practise your family of eights and learn the munter and prussic's.......... and don't bring a good set of boots unless you want them scuffed up...............

Thanks guys, I'll definately check into those. As far as using the extrication gloves, the guys at MHSA were pretty strict about not using them during the confined space course I took with them last year. They are worried about tiny particles of glass in the gloves doing damge to their ropes. Understandably so with the cost of rescue rope! I think I will try a good pair of mechanics gloves.
