Looking for a great way to raise funds for your service or special charity? Check out Canada's first ever dual Male/Female firefighter calendar. One side is the guys, the other side is the gals, and they are the cream of the crop of Canada's firefighting community.
Here's how it works. Each year, a core charity is selected to be a recipient of revenue generated via calendar sales, and the funds are directed to that designated charity. This year the designated charity is Muscular Dystrophy, and the calendar is dedicated to Matti Stepanek.
For every copy sold by a particular organization, a portion of the proceeds will be kept by the selling organization. Many volunteer fire departments have found this to be an easy way to raise money within their communities for the purchase of gear, equipment and community safety programs.
