Board Interview

I am going for my first board interview and wasn't sure what to wear. Is a dress shirt and tie OK or do I need a sport coat also?

a sportcoat is always a good idea, you usually end up taking it off but that first impression you make when you first meet the panel is the one that they will remember so you wanna look as sharp and professional as you can. If you got something in a like a navy blue wear that colour, with like a blue shirt and a navy blue tie
