Five grain cars and a locamotive tipping over (with a small diesel spill) doesn't quite measure up to a firery train wreck though! :p

Tell us that's not you in the pic with the white hat and coat! I hate it when one of the officers shows up dressed like that, looks unprofessional.

No...that's our last Chief (he's since retired), I always either wear my full turn-outs, or my high visibility jacket and helmet.
In his defence though, those are nomex coveralls that he had on under his coat....he rarely ever wore his bunker pants.

I'm on the left in this picture.....I had my spare set of gear for this call where I went direct, but the other D/C on the right is wearing our new gear. ;)

Damn.... your spare set looks better than my front line set.... then again, I'm the lowest guy on the totem pole so that can be expected!
I am going to go with #2. #1 looks like it was taken from a news-copter; #3 just doesn't hold my attention.

I,ll go with #2 dccham, considering my boyfriend was involved with the railwaywhere the pic was taken. I must say #1 & #3 are cool too. We never see anything like that up close. Luckly just grain for feed.

We took our zodiac in beside where that newest derailment is yesterday. Quite a mess from what we could see from the river.
