Initiations

Here is one. How do you guys initiate new members into the Department? We usally turn a few hoses on them during a training exercise!!

initiations, we don,t have any, its against the department rules....
however they do get to wash hose and trucks, for the first few times,usually we end up helping them... with rinsing off soap from the trucks and them with a 38mm hose, its amazing how quick the suds come off....

send them for a left hand spanner wrench, only to explain that it doesn,t exsist... little things like a tennis balls in boots or zip there jacket with another guys jacket. flash hood in the jacket sleeve

we don,t have any they don,t exsist so i don,t know what your talking about.............
