Public asked to be patient over lack of information on fires

Fire officials responded Tuesday to public anger over the lack of available information on area wildfires. "We understand the frustration of the affected public about not having details on fire locations," said Kevin Matuga, fire information officer for the Kamloops Fire Centre. "Our challenge is that this information changes quickly when you have the kind of aggressive fire behaviour we've seen over the last few days."
