What are the best ways to study for the paramedic exam? Also, is there any place on the internet that has ACPs protocols for treatment?

The AOCP continuing competency profile can be seen and downloaded from the ACOP web site . Look under the continuing competency link and you will see all the protocols for each level.
I took the B.C. EMR course and challenged the Alberta licencing and found that this site provided the most help.

Sorry SS for not getting back to you.....stuck up in the bush north of Slave Lake with no internet for a spell....From my experience the written test at the ACP there is more focus on Anatomy that the BC test. Pay attention to the Alberta Protocols on the practical portion as there are some differences from the BC ones...All in all I found that both the written and the practicals to be easier than B.C.'s.. I found it interesting that some training schools in Alberta really emphazised mnemonics...alot.....students had them memorized to the point that they didn't know what they were checking for....Higher failure rates in Alberta for sure but of the 380 plus that took the exams in Red Deer when I did it, i'd say half were under 20 years old and had no practical experience in the field...
email me anytime....Going back north this Monday for another three week stint, but I have internet at camp this time,....
