Shift Exchange Contract Wording

We are going into negotations and are looking at adding wording to ensure we continue to have mutual shift exchanges. Wondering if any of you out there have wording in your contracts already you would be willing to share. Thanks.

In Montreal shift exchanges are a department directive that is agreed on by the parties before posting.

Essentially here's the details.
- must be paid back within 150 days.
- can exchange a week for a week.
- cannot do a double exchange (ie: shift exchange a shift that was already exchanged)
- can only be done between 2 ff's
- miniumum of 3hrs per exchange
- must be done at the start, or the end of a shift (ie: can't do 3h in the middle of your day)
- can change a 3h block for a full shift (ie: you work 3h, the other ff agrees to do your whole shift)

Anyone that doesn't show up for a shift exchange looses privleges for 3 months the first time, a year the 2nd time.
