hey guys,

town of midland is hiring probationary firefighters as a temporary 3 month job to start, kinda weird but i'm sure it would turn into longer or make your resumes look a lot better

Thanks!!! But I can't seem to locate the "recruitment guide" that is supposed to be on the website? Any advice? Otherwise I will email the chief and find out.

i'm not to sure i could not find the package on their site either, i got the information for workopolis.

Well the pdf file is now on the site. Boy oh boy, looks like quite the process for 1 hire (and only for 3 months!) But i'm sure the position will go permanent. It's little things like this you see, that IF they like the guy for 3 months then they keep 'em. If not they say your contract is up and adios!

Looks like they give preference to midland residents anyway...since they are composite and have 20 vollies, i would almost promise one of them will get the job.
