In regards to viewing posts, new posts for that matter, you can easily click on "View New Posts" or "View Today's Active Threads" at the top right of the main forum listing.

View New Posts (http://forum.firehall.com/search.php?s=&action=getnew)

Just another TIP, to reply instead of creating a new post on the same topic simply click the Post Reply button found at the bottom of the screen next to the New Thread button.

Thanks guys for the tip even though I knew that. Now if more peope would appreciate you guys we would have less of them wasting your time with stuff you don't need to respond to.
