Carbon Monoxide Oximeter

Just a question about Carbon Monoxide Oximeters, does any ff/medics Depts in Canada use them? In what situations do you use them in? Do you use them for rehab?
Our dept wants to get them, but we need some good selling points to bring forward to the city. Any suggestions?

I know some of (not all) the ambulances in Peel region carry them. Obviously for CO medical calls, medical calls during structure fires for civilians and FF's.
My department also has one (donated by Royal Canadian Legion) we have it on our Rehab truck. If and WHEN it's gets dispatched, it's available for FF's during rehab. We also do BP's, O2 sats and so on.
