To all of you working over the holidays, I hope you have a quiet shift, with lots of Christmas spirit, working with the right bunch of guys over Christmas can make all the difference, we gathered outside the Captain' bedroom last night at midnight and sang a Christmas carol (then we all ran away of course as he had been asleep since 10 PM)

I was on day shift today Xmas day... to make things a bit more bearable for the guys I cooked a small turkey with all the trimmings and sides for lunch :)
Fortunately I had a quiet morning to slave in the kitchen, and we had a really nice uninterrupted sit down lunch. No post turkey snooze though, a medical call and two chimney fires this afternoon.
I just finished my 4 days and am now off until jan 1st. To everyone working over the holidays, take it easy and stay safe!
Take care!
