Monday's early morning electrical storm was responsible for three separate house fires causing an estimated $210,000 in damages. The first fire began around 1 a.m. when lightning struck the roof of a home at 227 Ave. H South, causing a fire in the attic.... A second fire occurred in the Grasswood district after lightning struck a home at 21 Caron Cres.... A third fire broke out when lightning tore through the roof of a home at 1339 Temperance St. and started a fire in the attic.
