Well I am spending tonight healing. I was out Snow Boarding for the first time ever tonight. I pray for no calls as I would not be able to do my full capacity!!

JG you'll be lucky if your feeling good in 2-5 days man!! Used to do a bit of snowboarding when I lived in mountains, and usually it took most guys more than a day to feel good. But as long as you had fun the pain is well worth it!
Have a good New Year to yall.

This was my FIRST TIME EVER. I had skiis the first time down and I screamed like a little girl the whole way. I tried to stop like some one told me to do. I flipped at least 7 times. I got a snow board after that. I still fell alot but was better then with the skiis. I felt embarresed to have a 12-year old gild showing me how to do it.

I wish all the best to all members and future members.
May all your calls be false and may all your EMR runs be scrapped knees.

Well JG, the nice part is that after a couple of months here at the FIREHALL, we all should have big shoulders. Whats a little embarassment here and there. Jump back on that ole' snoboard and giver again.
But...watch out for those spruce trees:rolleyes: :D

Be safe

OK JG, skip the sliding down hills on boards and butts, and start with the fire prevention program. :D
