Thanks for posting this. Steve tried very hard to learn everything he could in the two short years he was on our department. We have lost a brother and a great person. We will never forget him

On behalf of the Paisley Department I want to thank all the other departments that supported us and Steve's family during this time. The firefighters that came to the visitation and funeral to show their support was very moving for the family and they wanted me to convey there sincere appreciation that we would take time from our lives to come. Also to Saugeen Shores for providing coverage for our hall. If I have forgotten to mention anyone I apologize.
Again thank you
Dan

We've had a number of active duty deaths over the past 10 years. It amazes me how much support we always receive throughout the county. Including the boys at Saugeen Shores who always seem to come through with stand by.
I know this is a tough time for all of you in Paisley, and Chesley.

Stay safe
