Came across this website: www.beyondthewhiteboard.com
It's based around crossfit (specifically the mainsite), allows you to log in times, weights, reps as well as body composition. It then graphs your scores, shows the highest and lowest of each workout, graphs all your progress and lists your highs for the different crossfit WODS. Also graphs how many workouts per week that are doing. I've found it very useful and motivating.
Also, if you're a crossfitter and haven't heard about it there's journal.crossfit.com/radio/, another helpful resource.

my advice to you is to stick with it. start out slow and get used to the different exercises and workouts in order to get your technique sound first. once you're technique is down, then start ramping up the intensity. i found it hard at first because i was getting frustrated that i wasnt coming even close to doing what the WOD (workout of the day posted on the mainsite) required. but i sucked it up, did what i could do and measured the progress against myself rather than other people.
unfortunately beyondthewhiteboard.com is now officially a pay site. it is 33.00 american per year. not really that much money in the grand scheme of things if you look at how much people spend on fitness magazines, etc. i find it very motivating as well as helpful.
