PARKLAND COUNTY - Darlene Rain is worried that if her house catches fire, no one will come to fight the flames. She and the 900 other members of the Paul Band have been without full fire service since May 2002, when the contract with Parkland County was terminated because the band owed too much money. But it wasn't until a house belonging to a family of 11 burned down on Sunday that residents found out about the lack of service.
