Well, I'm sure that you knew that I was going to post something here right away, so no surprises. The topics that I'm looking for relate to the current trends, issues, new directions, and evolving roles in the fire service. Any input would be appreciated.
And yes, I AM looking for material myself and not waiting for others to give me directions...I'm just trying to get any input I possibly can.

A ride along is the best way to ... get to know the profession. There you can actually talk with the men and women about their carrears as well as have hands on experience.
