Just got back from a 2 wk stint working in the provincial fire equip. depot. First week was pretty much 16 hr days. Semi's coming in daily with out of province gear and semis taking it out to the fire areas within 24 hrs. Havent worked as hard in yrs, plus the temp was about 30 degrees with high humidity - in the building! Hopefully they start getting a good handle on all their fires early this wk, as temps to go mid 30's again soon.
Lots of out of prov. overhead, and crews. A bus load arrived while I was there, from Australia and New Zealand.
