On Sunday, September 14 at 1400 hours, all TFS personnel and retirees are invited to attend a Grave Marker Dedication Ceremony at St. James' Cemetery, 635 Parliament Street, for the first Toronto Fire Fighter line-of-duty-death, William Thornton, who died on November 24, 1848.
