A teenager who set a $7-million fire and his parents are being sued by the owners of the building he burned down. The B.C. Supreme Court suit also names Dean's Fire & Safety Inc., the company that installed the sprinkler system at the ill-fated Blackwood Building Centre in Abbotsford. The youth, who was 16 at the time and cannot be identified, was found guilty in juvenile court of arson and breaking and entering.
