I have seen a belt holster that holds a full size fire Axe with Pick. They seem to be rare. Does anyone know where one of these items can be found? Thanks.

any roof in LA County which has a truckie on top of it....not sure how popular they are in the eastern states. Nice to see the way they use them too....contact point for the spotter while they are cutting.

Not sure who sells them here in Canada but a good place in the US is.....

You can also just google "truckman's belt".,

Ottawa Brass carries some of the Fire Hooks stuff.....excellent service and it's Canadian!!!
Try them here.....

This (http://www.firefighteraxe.com/oversized_scabbard_belt.php) will fit that (http://www.firefighteraxe.com/pickhead_axe.php) quite nicely.

Personally I like this (http://www.firefighteraxe.com/flathead_axe.php). Ohhh, shiiiiiiny. I might buy my own boots, but buying my own axe is a stretch even for me.

Quite the Axe! I'd be afraid of scratching it. Thanks for the info.

I just slide my axe handle first down my back in between my scba and my back. works like a charm, out of the way until i need it.

I have never heard of anyone doing that. I will give it a try at the station.

If what you need is only the axe holster, I just bought one on EBay... type FIREFIGHTER SAV-A-JAKE AXE HOLSTER, only 15.99$US or go directly to the company web site at www.savajake.com.

By the way, www.savajake.com sell very good products.
