JIBC EMS Diploma

I was wondering how much information is out there about the EMS diploma JI is offering. I've sent a few emails, but haven't gotten much information back. It says it includes your PCP certification. I start my PCP in September, could I still do it then and just do stand along course to finish the rest of the credits? Thanks!
