Reading the info...sounds a lot like F500.

We use that, however not in cafs system. IMO very good product from what we have seen although more use would make for better opinion.
Very clean product to use as it is not corrosive, can handle cold weather, very long shelf life and can be used in multiple situations: class a,b,d.k fires.
Nice not to have to switch foam tanks for different applications.

And im not a salesman for it either.

At first glance at the title, I thought this was some fancy new electrolyte-replacement drink for FF's.... Fireade, brought to you by the makers of Gatorade!

LOL :o

Great product all around(do you know of any other foam thats good to -40?). But I do sell the stuff so take that as you want. I just want to point out it is related to F500 but nowhere near the same. The story actually reads a little like a soap opera.

The guy who designed both is named Ron. First he created the F500(it was called something else back then, not sure what). He brough in outside investors to expand the company. They turned around and basically took control of the company and kicked him out. Changed the name to F500 and started selling it. The formula is a couple decades old now and hasn't been updated at all. Honestly, it's a great tank cleaner. But thats about it.

Ron went on to start a new company, came up with a better formula, Called it FireAde 2000 and has kept on improving it ever since. The current version is orders of magnitude better than what we had even 5 years ago.

Everything firecat1 said is absolutely true, and theres a great deal more, but I won't get into it because in this forum, coming from me, it would just sound like sales fud. If anyone is interested PM me. I just wanted to set the record on the FireAde/F500 thing.
