I thought I would drop by and share some software I have been using thanks to Brian Williams at Comtekk.
The software is called Safalert and it will email you the Fire Page with an attached recording of the call. For cellphone and non Smart Phone users it will just send out a text message with the department that was paged with a time stamp.
I have a couple local Counties set up here locally if you would like to check it out on my Posterous page at ve3nsv.posterous.com
All that is needed is a dedicated computer and receiver and an Internet connection obviously, no other additional or monthly fees. The software price depends on how many users you plan on sending the alerts to but the price is quite reasonable.
