Last semester it was mandatory to purchase and fill out a book called the DiSC, Personal Profile System. It is bascially a survey and which you fill out boxes and pages. And then tally the info and look on a chart and it gives you a personal characteristic of what you will be like in a job/team scenario. The "D" stands for dominance, which I scored, "I" for Influence, "S" for Stediness and "C" for Conscientiousness. Has any one used this booklet??? My teacher said more and more companies are asking for this in resumes and some are even having employees fill them out once hired. I thought it was really stupid when we bought it, ($25.25 + tax) since it is a one time thing. But I can see it helping in the future. Let everyone know if you have used this before.
