Hey everyone,


I hope your all doing well. I started this thread in an attempt to get some feedback and advice regarding the Burnaby PAT test. It seems like it's a lot more intense than the CPAT.

I was hoping to get some feedback from individuals who have done the Burnaby PAT. Also wondering if anyone has any training regimens that they would recommend to prepare for the PAT and get a good time.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

I have never done the Burnaby pat test what is the difference from a cpat ?
I am currently training for cpat,this is what I am doing. 5 by 5 program 3 days a week and mixed cardio running 25 min interval,step mill 30 interval skipping at work on lunch and a spin class with the wife here and there. (6 days of heavy breathing cardio)
Cpat
Hill runs for 10 sets (5min ) try to regulate heart rate
or stairs
Hose run (tie a tire to a rope and run )
Pull a tire with a rope
Do a farmers walk with two saws (equipment)
Raise a ladder
Maze ???
Large tire (tractor) hit with sledge hammer
do some pushing do some pulling
AND repeat use a watch and make a circuit you may look funny but who cares
