TIPS FOR WINTER RUNNING
1. When reading the weather report, be sure to skip the wind advisory... you would hate to be prepared for the punishing effects it can have.
2. Be sure to wear a scarf that will retain moisture and freeze. Ice is a great shield from the wind.
3. Land in as many slush puddles as possible. This will make you run faster, as it will add to the intense feeling of needing to get home.
4. Never wear reflective wear, as this may cause drivers to actually pay attention and notice you at the last minute.
5. when your eyeslashes have an adequate ice build up, begin to blink the Rocky theme to provide yourself with some nice motivating music.
6. Always run on the side of the road with the biggest snow bank. This way when the snowplow comes you can dive over it to take cover (assuming the tuck position also helps).
7. Be sure to run on the most slippery sections of the road. This will provide you with an extra workout as no matter how fast your legs move, your feet will slip and you will only advanc a small step.
 just a slight glimpse into my morning run! I must admit I had a blast!!! Call me crazy!!!
