I heard 17 recruits will be starting sometime in April.

yep that's me, between two studdly firefighters ...what a tough job I have, running through the bush..paddleing, cycling what the hell else did we do, eat drink eat drink puke puke eat drink, so much fun to be had...

Hey everyone, Im new to this site but I just wanted to let you know that yesterday I recieved the call, from the city of Vaughan for a job offer. I think Im still in shock,but Im sure it will sink in soon.

we hear at Vaughan heard all % women failed the physical!!! True story???

The rumour that I heard was that 6 women went to the physical and 5 failed.

well, that's not good is it?? or is it? we had a pretty large blaze last week I was not there so this is just what was said, 2 guys inside and the "girl" ouside to pull some hose and that was to hard os a task....so the guys almost fried, well their helmets dis as well as the visors and she got royal sh** so if you want "in" please train and be sure you are string enough or someone may really get hurt, or worse..
