Accountability iPhone app.

I am looking for an app for the iPhone that is like Google Latitude so we know who is responding and how far they are from the station. Anyone have any ideas?

I haven't seen one yet, though I'm sure it would require each member to have a smart phone to make it effective. Unless you are using GPS in each vehicle?
