This is not SPAM. You have to contact them. They say it clearly on there main screen. I am getting a set. I just clicked on the link and it shows it clearly stating you have to contact them.

It seems like it is. I just emailed them asking for more info, and all they responded back with was send your sizes. I don't think they will provide it to volunteers that aren't staffed at a station though.
