He was assigned to Station #332.

It is with deepest regret that we notify you of the passing of active member, Acting Captain Sylvester Maj. Sly passed away today after a lengthy battle with cancer and is a recognized Line of Duty Death. Sly was 60 years old and last worked at Station 441, R441, D Platoon.
