We have reset the password on your email account, you should have no problem accessing it. In the future please avoid posting account specific support issues in the forum, instead use the contact us page (http://firehall.com/contact.php) on the side bar. We do not catch _every_ post that is made in the forum, this ensures that we get to your issue.

The time limit on checking new posts is actually a limit on the time between repeat searches, "new posts" is a variant of the search feature. I actually ment to reduce the limit, not increase it -- :D sorry 'bout that, it's now down to 10 seconds.

Search queries are very taxing on the server, especially with the number of threads/posts that are active in our forum. If we do not limit the length of time between searches it would result in the entire site being very slow and also opens us up for malicious attacks.

I also fixed the bug with searching the forum FAQ, perhaps we're up to 4.99 now?
