I suggest a EMS type forum for those with medical training to discuss various topics.

Sounds good. I've setup an EMS forum here (http://forum.firehall.com/forumdisplay.php?s=&forumid=58) . There is one sub-forum for general EMS discussion, once we see some activity on the EMS forum we can branch off and add other categories to this forum.
