A suspicious three-alarm fire destroyed an East Vancouver mini-mall early Tuesday. "Our investigator thinks it's suspicious," said Captain Rob Jones-Cook of the Vancouver Fire Department. "I will tell you that when he arrived, there was an open door to one of the premises, a produce market." Jenny Nguyen of the Can Tho Market said she locked the door in question when she closed the store at 8 p.m. Monday. She has no idea how it got open or who could have set the fire if it does turn out to be arson.
