It's a dream night for little ghouls and goblins but a nightmare for the men and women who try to keep us safe. While Halloween-hyped children are stoked at the prospect of Oct. 31 landing on a Friday, police and fire officials are anticipating something more sinister on All Hallow's Eve -- traditionally one of the busiest nights of the year.
