Been there smoke286 know what it feels like to have to try and please all different kinds of people on the union, everyone wants something and if you get one thing for someone and the others don't like it and it gets passed through contract then your the black sheep.
I stepped down for a while but would like to go back at it when time arises as I like to throw things back at the negotiation team for the other side in regards to cut backs.
Meanwhile, having said that we have one of the best contracts we ever had but you can't have it all.
Hang in there its all not rosey but once it is done then you have completed the task.

Smoke286 hope they were all helpfull. Guess we will hear how this all went? Can't see why Firefighter's cant get full 100% of WCC.It is our job and we and they know it is dangerous and we can get hurt on the job.

That was for our Presumptive Cancer initiative. We will be presenting it to the WCC in the next few weeks. We will of course keep you guys and the guys in Corner Brook up to speed on how it goes

Tanner, the subbmission was presented to WHSCC two weeks ago, We sent you guys a copy of it. The recommendation of the ourgoing CEO was very positive. I think all our hard work will pay off. Tell all your members past and present who took part in our study thanks very much
