VANCOUVER -- The coast guard dive team is up and running, more than 14 months after the Cap Rouge II disaster. A 24-strong crew, the only one of its kind in Canada, went on duty Monday, based at the coast guard's Sea Island hovercraft station. "This is something that the people of British Columbia demanded," said regional director Terry Tebb. "We will have a full dive team on duty at all times from now on."
