Firefighters missed two messages about men trapped on a St. Hénri building while en route to battle the fatal blaze Sunday. But, says deputy fire chief André Brunelle, even had they received the information, there was little they could have done to save them. Firefighters did not notice the warnings, sent one minute apart by dispatchers, to the fire trucks' onboard computers, and initially thought the building was vacant.
