Alberta VO2 max

I was wondering if anyone know what the inline and time intervals for the VO2 max test are? I have done the test twice and finally found some gear so i could mimic the tests but I dont know the exact spped and incline specifics are.

If you go to the Edmonton Fire website. It's on there under our team, then recruitment...Fire through there and you'll find it. It has all the stages for their recruitment.

I think he is looking more for specifics at each time interval throughout the test. Correct me if I am wrong though...

Contact Stu Pederson at the UofA, he is the one that tests all the recruits.
