PADDOCKWOOD - Even without elephants, lions or tigers making an appearance, Paddockwood residents might be feeling as if a circus hit their village. All told, summer 2003 has been unforgettable for the 170 or so people who call the community home. Helicopter landings have become a daily occurrence, a once nearly empty building buzzes with activity and cookies have been flying off the shelf at the local grocery store.
