I have been preparing hard for edmontons upcoming interview. I was wondering if anybody was in the last process, The reason I ask this is because I heard they use a more scenario based/psychological interview format as a opposed to a star question format...any helpful information on preparing for the int. would be excellent.

I heard from a buddy thats on the department, and went through the process last year. that the interview is different this year. Thats what he heard from people that he talked to that are going through as we speak. whens the interview?
