Hey guys and gals...
Just thought I would post a link to Markham Fire, their HR and recruitment team were nice enough to compile some information on the interviews, the trends they saw and ways to improve interview performance. It's great information and worth a read.
Also, you get the see the wonderful ladies and gentleman whom I will be joining in the near future (knocks on wood)! Congrats to them, very excited for them, they should be on the floor by now!! Wooohoooo!!!
