I want to know if you host web sites? If you do how do I go about getting a web site for our Volunteer Fire department?

We certainly do host department sites, completely free at that (Canadian only of course). We are currently in the process of implementing a product that will allow anyone at the department to administer site content (such as events calenders and picture galleries) without having any technical knowledge. This unfortunately is not ready for release yet, however, we do offer free site design for departments (or if you happen to know anything about html, we can give you access to do so yourself).
