I was just wondering if anyone knows anything good or bad about Siast in Regina Sk and their PCP program? I have heard different things about taking an out-of province course but is it easy to transfer that PCP to Manitoba? This seems to be one of the only schools out there that is not sticking it to a guy $$wise.
