I did the Brock test recently and it took about 3.5 hours to complete all of it. The brock test web site is a good site for info. The hearing and eye test first, at the medical centre. Then to the main campus (across the street). I did the vital signs, girth check, and body fat percentage check first. Then the CPAT. Next was the sit-ups and flex test. The the VO2 Maxwas after that. Then when your spent, off to write the CPS. When finished you get your results and say good-bye. Anyway hope that helps.

Swim test is really easy. I'm not a strong swimmer and I did it without a whole lot of struggle.

Brock runs a very good test and its much more professional then some of the places around.
