Anyone doing the U Vic physical for Victoria and Esquimalt Fire Dept?
They look very similar to Calgary's and Edmonton's physicals!
Very similar to physicals in Ontario. Any tips from guys back east would be helpful!
I have never done a physical like this one!

That physical is identical to edmonton's. The circuit is easy if you are in decent shape. The treadmill is tough if you want max ponits. I had access to gear and SCBA and would practice the test starting at incline of 10 for 13 min and then rasing the incline and speed every minute just like the test and try to go longer each time. I would throw this workout in 3 times a week with my regular training. I found it really helped with the VO2 and I scored pretty good. Even if you don't have access to gear get a backpack and pile on the weight and do the test on a treadmill. FYI

Hey Moon,
This looks really similar to the York University agility. They have you wearing bunker gear which is new to me, but hey that's cool. Look like all the simulated tasks are the same. Get ready for the overall testing to really get you at the start with the V02 max.
