Fire department served with summons

BLOCKHOUSE, N.S. -- Members of the Blockhouse, Nova Scotia volunteer fire department have been served with a summons. They are to appear in court on charges related to the construction of an addition to the firehall in the community without the proper permits. The municipal councilor for the area calls the firefighters heroes and not criminals.

This would be a very good time to schedule a little joint "training" exercise in Blockhouse. Perhaps every Department in NS should send a truck and a couple of guys down on the date of the next council meeting. We could have a little parade in support of our brothers in Blockhouse. ;)
