VANCOUVER, BC - Some computer difficulties at E-Comm (http://www.ecomm.bc.ca) Sunday evening. E-Comm's Jody Robertson says a portion of the computer-aided dispatch system that supports 9-1-1 was not automatically receiving the names and addresses of callers.
