SIOUX LOOKOUT, ON - A Ministry of Natural Resources firefighter got a rude awakening Wednesday morning when he was bit on the arm by a bear while in his tent in a remote area about 50 kilometres north of Pickle Lake. The firefighter, a fire ranger crew member from the Sioux Lookout District, received only minor injuries in the incident.
